Empathy seeks to develop emotional literacy, nurture tolerance and understanding of differences for participating families and community volunteers. Seeds of Empathy has the same approach as Roots of Empathy but is delivered in the preschool class of a child care. The staff are trained instead of an outside instructor and a baby and parent visit, every three weeks. The blanket is lavender instead of green.” www.seedsofempathy.org
