This award, new in 2024, is given to an Registered Early Childhood Educator who has showed exceptional and outstanding skills in working as a team with their co-workers and parents and who have demonstrated flexibility and a positive work environment. This individual has gone above and beyond in helping their coworkers and families with offering positive solutions through problem solving techniques.
