We are disappointed to notify you that the Storybook Breakfast Picnic and Virtual Show is postponed due to the COVID restrictions and lockdown. We know how much you all need this joy and happiness, however, we want to stay safe and well.

Once the restrictions are lifted, we will pick a new date and notify you.

Each winter the magic of stories comes to life at our Storybook Breakfast. This family literacy-focused event is held in February however things will look different this year. Even though we cannot celebrate in the same room, we still want to have fun and enjoy time together.

This year a Storybook Character will wave and drop a package with snack food, crafts and a book gift on Saturday, TBD between 10:00 am and noon. Available in Brantford and Brant County Only.

Then a Storybook Breakfast Show will begin online at 12:00 (noon) and a link will be provided to you. The SBB Show will feature interviews with some of your favourite Storybook characters, Music Time with Jane and Lucy, Whimsical Players will perform a skit, and a very special presentation and read along by Author/Illustrator Werner Zimmermann. Once the link is live, it will be available to play at any time.
