PPMD conference a huge success

The South Central West Perinatal Mental Health Network held their second bi annual Conference on October 23 and it was an overwhelming success! Over 200 attendees from all over the province gathered at the Ron Joyce Centre in Halton.  They were privileged to hear current research and to learn more about extending our reach into marginalized populations who may be more at risk. These included Dr Ryan VanLieshout,  Dr Simone Vigod, Dr Lori Ross and Dr Vivian Polak.     The conference had a powerful closure  with 4 presentations on lived experienced. Kids Can Fly is proud to have been a key player in organizing and facilitating this conference.
